Alright, alright.... I'll do it

Leah at Go 4 Pro has a contest going on for an About Me photo.

Some of you may have noticed that I do, in fact, have an about me page. You can see the link at the top of the page, in the tabs. There is a little bit of a bio on me, and about where I came from. I have been doing Photography Semi-professionally since Spring of 2006, and Professionally since Spring of 2010.  And sadly, the only picture I have up here on my page is the one on my blogger profile... I know! Shame, shame. Tsk-tsk. I have been putting it off, not really realizing the importance behind having a professional photo of myself. A lot of the people that read and follow this blog I am lucky enough to call my friends, and that may be a big contributing factor to why I have put it off. Don't worry, I won't hold it against any of you, it is my own fault after all. ;)

I had never considered that people would come here to my blog, not only looking at/for my portfolio and to see my work, but to see my personality and style. To decide if I would be a good fit as the photographer for their personal event. Considering nobody would want the awkwardness of a photographer that doesn't suit their style or has a personality that clashes, I have decided that Leah Remillét has a very good point. Its about time I had a photo to go with my about me page. That will be my new project as I wait for the current contest to end.
